Once a deposit is processed and confirmed by the payment provider, it will appear in your 888gg account balance. Processing times vary — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant or near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted once your account has passed identity verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever this is technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
Standard withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and your verification status. Verified accounts in good standing are processed as a priority. VIP tier members have access to faster withdrawal processing as part of their programme benefits.
Withdrawal requests submitted while promotional wagering requirements are still active may be held until those requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering conditions attached to an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings derived from that bonus may be removed before the withdrawal is processed.

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated play strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine participation, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation is considered abuse. Accounts found engaging in these practices will have bonuses removed and may be permanently closed.
Bets placed on the 888gg sportsbook — covering Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports — are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except in circumstances where an in-play cash-out option is available and you choose to use it.
888gg reserves the right to void any bet or group of bets placed on odds that contained a material pricing error — for example, odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault and significantly different from the fair market price. In such cases, bets will be voided and stakes returned. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.
For Cricket matches affected by weather, the DLS method result is used as the official outcome for settlement purposes. Matches that are abandoned before meeting the minimum overs threshold for an official result may have bets voided with stakes returned, depending on the specific market terms. PSL and international cricket matches are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
The Casino section of 888gg includes Slots, Live Casino tables, Bingo and other game types. All games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino games, real-time dealing by live dealers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within individual game information where required.
Casino game outcomes are determined in real time and cannot be influenced or predicted by external analysis. Any attempt to use software, scripts or automated systems to play Casino games in an artificial manner that circumvents normal gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
Bingo games on 888gg operate with published prize structures and schedules. Ticket purchases are non-refundable once a Bingo round has started. Disconnection during a Bingo game does not constitute grounds for a refund if tickets were successfully purchased prior to disconnection.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888gg platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

If your account is suspended for investigation, your ability to deposit, withdraw, or place bets will be temporarily restricted while the review is completed. You will be notified of the outcome once the review concludes.

If you close your account voluntarily with a positive balance, your remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.
